By submitting this form, I agree that I am over the age of 18, or under the age of 18 with a parent or guardian’s permission. I have read the contest guidelines and rules and affirm that this entry is in compliance with them. I understand that The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown assumes no responsibility for the photographs submitted. I understand that I am responsible for obtaining signed model releases for any photos submitted that contain recognizable individuals, especially children, and that I may be asked to provide copies of those releases if my photo is selected as a winner. I agree that The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown retains the right to use submitted photographs in any advertising and/or promotion it deems suitable, including the The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown Calendar, advertisements, or on its website or social media channels. Additionally, I certify that the photograph, in its entirety, is a piece of original material taken by myself, the contest entrant.

Photo Requirements:
• Digital photography only, no prints will be accepted.
• Photos should be in Color and not Black and White or Greyscale.
• Images should be in a horizontal size at a minimum of 10” x 8” at 300 DPI or 3000 x 2400 pixels.
• Photographs with slightly lower resolutions will be reviewed and considered, but may be rejected.
• Digital images should be in tiff or jpg format, and may not exceed the size limit of 10 MB each.
• The First National Bank and Trust Company of Newtown reserves the right to color correct and/or crop photo entries if necessary.
